It’s a special honor to share Cornelia and Andrew’s wedding with you today. Cornelia is my younger sister and she got married to Andrew Owens on the 28th of November last year. They had beautiful wedding in picturesque Paarl (Western Cape).
Being asked to part of the wedding party (I was a bridesmaid) is such a wonderful gift from the couple getting married. You get to see and experience events that not many other guest get to!
The wedding was full of perfect little details that made their day extra special.
Cornelia looked like a goddess in a dress from Susan Ellis Steinhäuser, which complemented her perfect hourglass figure. Cornelia says;
I didn’t like the dress when I saw it on the coat hanger, but Susan, knowing that I would look beautiful in it, persuaded me to try it on and that was that! The dress was mine! A girl should be in love with her dress!”

The wedding ceremony and reception was at Rhebokskloof, Paarl. The ceremony was held under big trees and there was light breeze blowing, making it a magical experience!

A sting quartet filled the air with Beethoven while guest were taking their seats.

The gorgeous photos are by Sarah Wood.
From the beautiful bride, Cornelia…
It was important to us that our guests really enjoyed the wedding. We spent a lot of time making sure that every guest felt special and included in our wedding.”
